Kindness Innovation Lab, Singapore
A two-day lab convening city planners, social designers, and youth advocates to test rapid kindness interventions across Singapore neighbourhoods.

Participants mapped more than 120 lived-experience stories from residents, then co-designed micro-acts that could be piloted within twelve weeks.
Teams worked through kindness impact canvases, prototyped in public spaces, and established measurement baselines for trust, belonging, and wellbeing.
Key Outcomes
- Six pilot projects will activate in Bukit Merah and Tampines, measuring neighbour-to-neighbour support.
- A public kindness dashboard is in development with the Singapore Centre for Liveable Cities.
- Participants committed to a shared repository of acts, templates, and data for follow-on labs across the region.
